A denim piece conceived as a surface of resistance.
Across the legs, layered hand-style graphics emerge like markings left in the hidden alleys of a dystopian city—signals placed to disrupt, inform, and awaken. These designs function as acts of defiance rather than ornamentation.
They reflect a collective opposing imposed systems, corporate control, and artificial order. In this environment, the public becomes the ally. Visibility becomes the weapon.
The artwork was created by Puerto Rican artist Sid Vélez and curated by Fashion Designer and Creative Director Dawil R. Oquendo, merging street expression with controlled design intent.
Relaxed structure.
